<image:caption>On March 17, the Believe It Foundation had the opportunity to deliver 3 bikes to schools across Judson ISD. We were overjoyed while watching kids faces light up with joy and excitement as they rode the adapted bike for the first time. The kids had smiles beaming from ear to ear as they experienced the independence that bike riding brings. Thanks to the amazing generosity of the Mullman family we were able to gift Judson ISD two adapted bikes bringing the total number of bikes in Judson ISD to 12. Thank you to all of you who continue to donate to the Believe It Bike Program. With your support we have donated over 40 bikes impacting hundreds of kids lives in our area this year. The Mullman Believe It bikes are being used at Spring Meadows Elementary (Green bike)and Judson Middle School (Red Bike).</image:caption>

Update from Xavier: I just wanted to check in and let you know I'm now working at an awesome place called Cruising Kitchens - A mobile food truck fabrication shop. I'll be doing mostly sales, tours, and some IT jobs which I'm really excited about. The boss, Cameron Davies is definitely an ambassador of inclusion. Not only did he help me fully modify and adapt a van so I can finally start driving but since I got here they have been prepared to make modifications to the bathroom, my office, and many other things around the shop so I can perform at my best, all I have to do is ask. If it wasn't for meeting you, Andrew and being a part of the Believe It Foundation program I wouldn't be where I am today and I just wanted to thank you for all the amazing opportunities you have given me over the years.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About us - Who we are</image:title>
<image:caption>Andrew McAllister founded the Believe It Foundation in 2008 for the purpose of enriching the lives of physically challenged children through the inclusion of those children in the lives and experiences of those who do not face the same limitations. Far too often these children are needlessly excluded from opportunities to participate with others when a little extra effort is all that is necessary. Attending a major sporting event, taking a family trip, participating in Scouting, or going to summer camp can all be life changing experiences for any child, especially if physically challenged. Since inception, the Foundation has supported hundreds of children with physical challenges to get off the sidelines and jump into the game through school-based programs, camps, excursions, social activities, and college scholarships. The vision from the beginning has been to create widespread belief in a world where physically challenged individuals have every right to be our colleagues at work, our friends at dinner, and join others in being powerful advocates for what a more inclusive future looks like.</image:caption>

<image:title>Bikes in Schools - Believe It Bikes in Schools</image:title>
<image:caption>Believe It Foundation is all about breaking down barriers and building bridges! We partner with schools to create a more inclusive world where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. We believe that schools are the perfect place to foster authentic friendships, expand horizons, and open doors to amazing opportunities. It's where we can make the biggest impact, but it's also where the challenges of difference can hit hardest. Believe It Foundation is pedaling towards a more inclusive future! We're teaming up with schools to transform institutional inclusion into real-life connections. Our programs, Believe It Bikes and Partners in PE, are the perfect duo for creating amazing experiences. We start by rolling out adaptive bikes to local school districts, then work with teachers to design inclusive fitness activities. The real magic happens when we bring typical peers into the mix through our Partners in PE program. As of January 2026, we've already made a splash in 25 school districts with the new additions of Honda ISD and Devine ISD. We also serve Bandera ISD, Boerne ISD, Devine ISD, East Central ISD, Edgewood ISD, Fredericksburg ISD, Harlandale ISD, Honda ISD, Judson ISD, Kerrville ISD, Lytle ISD, Medina Valley ISD, Natalia ISD, New Braunfels ISD, North East ISD, Northside ISD, Schertz Cibolo Universal City ISD, Seguin ISD, Somerset ISD, South San Antonio ISD, and Southside ISD.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Bikes in Schools - 100 Ride Challenge</image:title>
<image:caption>100 Ride Challenge Last year, the Believe It Foundation proudly launched the 100 Bike Ride Challenge, an inspiring initiative that brought classrooms together through movement, inclusion, and teamwork. Students worked collectively to complete 100 bike rides as a class, promoting physical activity while learning the value of setting and achieving shared goals. The challenge fostered a strong sense of community, where every student—regardless of ability—was encouraged to participate and support one another. It became more than just a bike ride; it was a celebration of progress, perseverance, and the power of believing in each other.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Camp Hope - Camp Hope</image:title>
<image:caption>Since its inception in 2008 the Foundation has sent youth with physical challenges to T Bar M Camps through a specialized program called Camp Hope. It started when Andrew was a camper himself at T Bar M. The camp adapted the entire experience so that Andrew could participate in as much of the experience as any typical camper. Since that time, T Bar M has evolved the program to include specialized training for counselors, slightly modified programming, and updated facilities for improved access. Through Foundation scholarships, youth with physical challenges get to go to camp, engage with typical campers in their cabins, and dive into stretching but supported physical activities.</image:caption>

<image:title>About Us (Copy) - About Believe It Foundation</image:title>
<image:caption>Andrew McAllister founded the Believe It Foundation in 2008 for the purpose of enriching the lives of physically challenged children through the inclusion of those children in the lives and experiences of those who do not face the same limitations. Far too often these children are needlessly excluded from opportunities to participate with others when a little extra effort is all that is necessary.Attending a major sporting event, taking a family trip, participating in Scouting, or going to summer camp can all be life changing experiences for any child, especially if physically challenged.

<image:caption>Program Director William McGinnis serves as Program Director for the Believe It Foundation, where he leads efforts to create meaningful inclusion opportunities for students across San Antonio. A graduate of Texas Lutheran University, William began his career in education at Seguin ISD before moving to Harlandale ISD, where he taught Life Skills and later served as an Adaptive Physical Education teacher. During his ten years with Harlandale ISD, William was honored with the Teacher of the Year Award from the Down Syndrome Society, published articles in an Adapted PE Journal. He also designed a sensory cart to assist autistic students and developed several district-wide initiatives, including Partners in PE, which built the area’s largest competing unified sports teams. Since joining the Believe It Foundation, William has helped expand the program’s reach from three to twenty-three districts. He takes great pride in seeing the joy on students’ faces as they experience new opportunities—whether participating in inclusive activities or riding a bike for the very first time.</image:caption>
